The last thing you want is to have to clean your bathroom even more often than you already do. We have good news! Cement Tile Shower Floor, are hardy and resistant to water when sealed correctly. We suggest that encaustic cement tiles be sealed with Miracle Sealants 511 Porous Plus. You can also use a matte finish sealer like Fila Surface Solutions Matt Wax for another layer of protection.

  When a customer is tiling a small area, we often get asked, “Will cement tiles fit with the rest of my décor?”The answer is a resounding YES! No matter what your interior looks like, we can almost guarantee there’s a tile to fit your aesthetic. We offer 100+ patterns and designs, and several different cuts. From traditional patterns like our Spanish-inspired “Cordoba” tile, to bold solid colors like our “Neptune” blue, there’s truly something for everyone. As far as cuts, we offer hexagons, diamonds, 4”x4” classic squares, and 2”x8” trendy subway tiles.Have something a little different in mind? We also offer custom designs for the homeowner with a specific vision.   

Lessons in Layouts

  Depending on the cut of the tile you choose, there are tons of installation options. The classic layout for shower floors is stacking square tiles directly on top of each other. You can also offset them (like you would with subway tiles) for something a little different. You can create a mosaic pattern with hexagonal tiles, which can look super cool if you combine different colors and patterns. If you want something close to traditional with a little edge, you can rotate square tiles so they look like diamonds. Or, opt for tiles that are already diamond shaped if you want the pattern to really pop.
